Rotary Young Leaders
Developed in 2012 with strong support from Rotary Clubs across the district, the
programme was designed to provide Year 10–11 students with meaningful opportunities
to develop leadership capability through authentic challenge and outdoor adventure.

Our 2026 Rotary Young Leaders Programme dates are set!
28 Sept to 2 Oct 2026
Programme Purpose and Philosophy
The programme is underpinned by a belief that leadership is developed through doing, not just learning about it.
Participants are immersed in a structured yet flexible environment where they are encouraged to:

Step outside their comfort zones
