About the Programme
The Boyle River Potential Leaders Programme is a five-day residential outdoor leadership experience designed for Year 12 and 13 students who are ready to challenge themselves, build confidence, and develop the skills needed to lead others.
Set in the stunning alpine environment of Lewis Pass, participants learn through adventure-based experiences that encourage personal growth, teamwork, resilience, and self-discovery.
What You'll Experience
Throughout the programme, participants take part in a range of outdoor activities which may include:

Tramping and bush skills

Rock climbing and abseiling

High and low ropes challenges

Leadership and team-building activities
-
Group initiatives and problem-solving exercises
These experiences are supported by facilitated discussions, reflection, and practical leadership opportunities that help participants understand how effective teams function and how leaders influence group success.

Residential
The programme can also be used to fulfil the Residential Project requirement of the Duke of Edinburgh's Gold Award, providing participants with a meaningful opportunity to meet new people, contribute to a shared experience, and develop lifelong skills.
