Cathedral Grammar School:
"I just wanted to take a moment to express my deepest appreciation for the incredible experience I had at camp.
Your contributions and hard work made the entire experience truly unforgettable. I especially want to thank Will for being such a fabulous instructor. His sense of humour and wealth of knowledge made every moment enjoyable and happy. I learned so much about birds and even about a poisonous plant (which I totally didn’t ask if I could eat it). Your fashion of teaching and sharing your experience is truly unforgettable.
Thank you once again for everything. I am already looking forward to meeting you again if I have the chance to. Thank you so much for carrying all the stuff back to the lounge, Sharon. If you weren't there, we would have had to walk for an incredibly long time. I enjoyed the camouflage the most because of the intenseness and the nervousness developed by trying to not get found. It was so fun just hiding in places and seeing who will get found(I definitely didn’t find first). I still remember when I got stuck in 2 trees, it was during the nightline, me Brad Candice and Naomi were in a group of 4. I think it was the most exciting thing I have ever experienced, a lot of the time I get hit by a tree and I nearly lose my headtorch (because I hit a tree and it fell off and Mrs Dyer picked it up for me). Lastly, I want to say thank you to all the instructors for giving up their time to instruct us in camp."

Thank you for taking us to all the activities. It was a lot of fun. I'd like to thank Sharon for seeing over the whole operation. Thank you to all the instructors for helping with the helmets, harnesses, food, tents, water and place. I especially liked the Flying Kiwi. The thing that I learnt was trust.
Dear Will, Thank you for explaining about all the plants and how the Tutu plant is so poisonous, I'm sure it will come in handy. My favourite part during camp was the nightline because it was a very fun experience. I also enjoyed orienteering because me and Bella won first place. Camouflage was also very funny, especially when it got down to the last 5 seconds. Being in your group was exciting and I love how you let me, Bella, Naomi and Echo lead the way to Low Poles. Thank you so much. Amelie
Dear Nathan, I REALLY enjoyed camouflage, It was painful at times if you're competitive, but for sure we will be playing it again. Thank you for helping me overcome my fear of heights when doing the flying Kiwi. Thanks again, you are an amazing instructor. Izzy
Dear Cassie and George, Thank you for a great camp! Being in your group made camp even better! I felt so proud of myself when I jumped to the bar on high ropes and made it. Going down to low ropes was extra fun when you yelled out, “CAMOUFLAGE!” and we had to throw ourselves into the nearest bush! The nightline was also super fun, even when I hit my head on the trees (all of them). Overall, it was an epic year 7 camp! Amelia
Dear Boyle River Staff, Thank you for all the time and effort you put into making camp possible. The experience of going to camp was amazing. I loved it and I will never forget the experience. The time at camp got me better at facing my fears and the best thing about camp was it was a lot of fun while we were learning just as much. I also liked how much teamwork activities were at camp (manly because I am bad at teamwork and I needed to improve) and finally I just want to say thank you for what a fun time you gave us Sincerely Mike
Dear instructors Thank you so much for my amazing experience at camp. This will stay one of my most fondest memories for the rest of my life. Everything we did was a blast and I had so much fun. If I could come back every day I would. In my opinion, my favourite activity was the high ropes. Even though I was scared, I stepped out of my comfort zone, all thanks to great instructors. While up at the very top of the wooden pole I was very scared, but all the support from everyone at the bottom made me go and stand up at the very top. A special thank you to Will for being a great instructor. One really good thing about you is that we share a love in soft toys, my favourite of them all was Crinkle Wing. All of the great memories will stick with me for life, I can't wait to come back. Many Thanks, Frank.
Dear Boyle River staff I just wanted to say thank you for all the work you put into us. We couldn't have done it without you guys. We appreciate all the time you gave to us so that we could have fun. Thank you for doing all of this. In particular, Nathan, our instructor for having good knowledge and knowing what things are dangerous and for making us step out of our comfort zones. He talked us through and explained each step carefully and gave us tips throughout each activity. Thank you for all of this Alex
Dear Boyle River staff I wanted to thank you for the cool experience you provided to the Year 7s. I am thankful for the opportunity to come to such a well-organised camp, it was by far the best camp I've ever been on. Coming from a background of being out in NZ’s nature, I really appreciated that there are organisations out there that are striving to deliver everyone the outdoor experience. One of my favourite events was the swamp, falling in and getting all muddy was definitely my highlight of the camp. The food was great (especially the chicken burgers), the activities were fun and the staff were super supportive. I would give this camp and all rounding excellence award of distinction. Thank you, Bradley
