About The Event
Learn to assess a groups strengths and weaknesses to help with selection and sequencing of activities and debriefing models.
Evaluate and understand group dynamics and determining relevant discussion topics.
Design and choose effective questions so learning is personal and has relevance.
Experience and practice facilitating debriefing sessions in which participants are engaged in their learning and opportunities for transfer are prevalent.
Practice the skills and methods for providing effective feedback.
