Potential Leaders

The Boyle organises two Potential Leaders Courses each year in the school holidays, for students from any school who are eligible to attend. Teachers just need to ring the Boyle to book in their students.
We are also able to organise single school ABL courses on request at other times. Please contact us for more details.
Schools can financially support students through funding schemes such as S.T.A.R for these courses.
The week long experience develops the leadership skills through cooperative games, trust initiatives, problem solving activities, and other outdoor activities that develop their leadership skills.
Leadership skills include: Briefing and debriefing, communication, sequencing, facilitation, group management, risk management, and feedback.
