Here at the Boyle we have a bunch of top quality guys and girls who mould into our team like play dough, always making the best of every occasion and enjoying life. With their positive attitudes and vast experience in the outdoors they deliver a professional programme to suit your needs.

Have qualifications such as NZOIA Rock 1, Alpine 1, Outdoor First Aid, Wilderness First Aid, Raft Guiding qualifications, National Certificate in Outdoor Recreation group Leadership Level 3 and are all working towards the Level 5 National Certificate (Instructor) which has recently become available.

Annually undertake 'keeping current' training. Recent examples have been Swift Water Rescue and Challenge  Ropes Course Rescues

Annually undertake experiences and training which extends their practices and completeness.

Only employed if they meet the Boyle Standard.

Are involved in the annual review of the activity RAMS, the Rafting SOP and other operational documents such as the Ropes Course Code of Practice.
